"No es el Templo pues?" November 4, 2013

This week was great.  I got the presents from you guys and I loved  them!!!  It was so great! and Mom! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOMORROW, I LOVE YOU!!

This week we had some funny and some cool experiences. We had a really cool experience with this guy that sells bread.  We saw him selling and I said to him, "Hey, come to church, I've never seen you there."  Because we always see him in the street, and he was like, "but I have to work and sell the bread to have enough money.  We promised him blessings if he would go, so he said," you know what, i need to go". Then he left and a guy started yelling from down the street and the man selling bread  didn't hear but we heard him.  It was a guy wanting to buy bread, so we chased the guy selling the bread down and told him he has someone to buy, he was so excited and thanked us. After the guy bought the bread, his neighbor came out too and bought his bread. He rode by us on his bike and thanked us and said that we are prophets. It was a really cool experience to see the Lord directly blessing this man for committing to go to church.  We see so many blessings and feel the spirit so much. It's so great.

This Halloween I carved a pumpkin and as a district we ate Wendy's under palm trees. Anyway, that was my week! Also President told us an awesome story about when he went to the
Guatemala temple, and he went with a group of people from like the tiny villages of Guatemala. He said a really old village man wearing a hat and a cane and sandals entered in, and he started removing his hat and cane and sandals and left them at the door. And the temple president having lots of care for the man said, "Oh, you don't have to remove that, and the old village man said, "no es el templo pues?" This means, "This isn't the Temple then?" He was trying to show respect in the best way he could.  This story hit me really hard.  Anyway,  love you all.
